Originally released in 1972 on John Gibson + Multiples in an edition of 500 copies, this early realization of Drumming was recorded at its premier performance at Town Hall, New York in 1971.
First-time CD release features Steve Reich, Art Murphy, Steve Chambers, Jon Gibson and Joan La Barbara.
Includes liner notes by the composer and photographs by Peter Moore.
